WINE REGION: Lower Austria (Apellation Weinviertel), single vineyard
HARVEST DETAILS: Picked in several rounds in late September, hand picking with strict selection

CELLAR TREATMENT: Destemmed, 6 hours of maceration with moderate must oxidation, termperature-

controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats (19-21°C); left on its lees for 4 months;
not filtered before bottling

TASTING NOTES:

Colour: pale colour, greenish tinge
Bouquet: Lovely notes of ripe, yellow apples and honeysuckle with a fine zesty aspect on the nose
Taste: Juicy and well balanced on the palate, creamy with a long finish

FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Traditional Viennese cooking (boiled fillet of beef, Schnitzel), white meat (veal, rabbit), fish with spicy sauces, drinking temperature 10°-12° C

CELLAR TREATMENT: Destemmed, 2-5 hours on the mash, pressed, fermentation (18-20°C) in inox tanks

TASTING NOTES:

Bouquet: Yellow apple, lemon, honey
Taste: Velvet on the palate and well balanced

FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Goes with a lot of food, matches almost any meat, ideal with aspargus drinking temperature 10°C
